Our condition surveys include a detailed inspection of all elements of a building to establish its maintenance and repair condition at the time of inspection. This provides our clients with a report which is tailored to their property and highlights areas in need of urgent repair or a long term remedial works to prevent deterioration of their building. It is our view that a condition survey is an investment - it anticipates a building’s maintenance and the associated financial commitment required, rather than far more expensive reactive maintenance.

Undertaking a PPM schedule will enable a property owner to allocate monies to the ongoing cyclical maintenance. We undertake an inspection of the building fabric and mechanical and engineering services to prepare a report and cost plan to help owners budget.
Early detection and identification of building defects can prove invaluable in reducing costs and minimising repair processes. With out in-depth knowing and experiences, we can undertake visual inspection as well as commission specialist investigation equipment to identify defect and analyse problems. We will then provide a report with our observations, findings and recommendations.
A schedule of condition records the state of a property at a particular time. The report consists of both a written report and reference photographic evidence. They can used to append to a new lease prior to tenant taking occupation or before building works are carried on a party wall job. Our schedule of conditions are known to provide our clients with peace of mind.
